Now when you shop online and choose the option to pick up your order, you can either do so via curbside or by going into the store –– it’s up to you.

How Does it Work?

1. Select Your Store: There are several ways: Click through to view your item then select Pick Up In Store to check availability. Or, when reviewing your Shopping Bag select your store(s) before checking out. For some categories, you can select to filter your results by whether they’re available at your selected store.

2. Check Out & Check Email: Once you’ve checked out, you will receive two emails: the first confirming your order and the second confirming “Your order is ready for pickup.” It could be in as little as three hours.

3. Choose How You Want to Pick Up: When you arrive at the store, you can now choose how you want to pick up your order.

Curbside Pickup with Contactless Loading: Find your designated pickup entrance at your store, then call the number included in your pickup confirmation email. Be ready to share your name, order number as well as the make and model of your vehicle. Please stay in your car. An associate will come out with your order and load your items after you show your identification. Or, if you do not wish to have them placed in your car, advise the associate on where to place them while still ensuring physical distancing is observed.

We Are Now Accepting Returns At Our Stores
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return your purchase to any Hudson's Bay store, please check our store locator to find out your store's hours. Alternatively, you can still ship your online purchase back to our warehouse using our online returns portal.

Simply click on Pick Up In Store in any product page, enter a postal code and click Check Stores to see if the item is available at a store near you. Once you've selected your store, just click Buy Online & Pick Up to add it to your shopping bag. Or, when reviewing your Shopping Bag select store(s) before checking out.
After selecting your store, you can change the pickup location from your shopping bag. Click on the store location and a pop up will appear showing other store locations for the postal code you previously entered.
Some orders may not be ready for pickup in 3 hours, as some may require additional information or time for review. Please always wait for your email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Please note, orders placed 3 hours before store closing may not be ready for pickup until the following business day.

How can I find out if an item is available for in-store pick up?
Simply click on Pick Up In Store in any product page, enter a postal code and click search to see if the item is available at a store near you. Select your desired store and click 'Shop This Store.' Once you've selected your store, just click Add to Bag to add it to your shopping bag.
How do I change my pickup location?
After selecting a store, you can change the pickup location through the "Change Store" link in the product page or the shopping bag.
Are all orders ready in as little as 3 hours?
